Graham has been involved with learning and development for 35 years.
Thirty years ago, he produced what was a pioneering video interactive training program for pilot training for the Royal Australian Air Force
He has been at the forefront of effective learning development using the advantages of technology – where appropriate – since then.
When he was presenting workshops with the Australian Institute of Management in 2009, Graham was validated as being in the top 1% of facilitators world-wide for delivering learning effectiveness.
Graham became the first Certified Master for the globally recognized leadership development program, The Leadership Challenge in the Middle East. He has delivered The Leadership Challenge in all GCC countries multiple times and in 15 countries on 4 continents.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Learning Professionals and a Fellow of the Academy of Hypnotic Science.
Graham has delivered in excess of 3,000 training days and has presented training and keynotes – live and in-person – to over 73,000 participants.
