Every day, leaders achieve the extraordinary. Over 35 years ago Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner set out to discover exactly how ordinary people accomplish great things.

They wrote the book that has become the modern classic on leadership. More than 2 million people have read The Leadership Challenge. This groundbreaking book which was first published over 30 years ago is now in its sixth edition.

Leadership is everyone’s business

Leadership requires deliberate practice

Leadership is a relationship

Leadership is the art of mobilizing others to want to struggle for shared aspirations.

The Leadership Challenge® is now globally recognized as one most the most effective leadership development programs. At its core are The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership :

  • Model the Way
  • Inspire a Shared Vision
  • Challenge the Process
  • Enable Other to Act
  • Encourage the Heart

The workshop provides insight into how and why these practices are vital for effective leadership – and how to apply them.

Research has shown that these Five Practices are directly linked to improvements in:

  • Leader credibility
  • Engagement

  • And to the development of leadership behaviors in others

Graham Moore who is the first Certified Master of The Leadership Challenge® in the Middle East will deliver this workshop. He has delivered The Leadership Challenge in 15 countries on four continents.
