About the facilitator –

Graham’s strong credentials to conduct this course in Front Line Leading and Managing come from his extensive – 17 years – in the corporate world where he was leading and managing others.
He relates to his audience and creates a powerful learning environment because, in this case, he has been in their shoes. Since he began his career as a facilitator some 20 years ago, he has delivered this course or elements of this three-day course to a range of participants in a diverse range of industries.
As well as his extensive experience developing leaders and manager in Australia and the Middle East, Graham was a regular presenter for seven years at the annual CPA Congress in Melbourne, Australia, as well at other CPA Conferences around Australia delivering programs aligned to developing the competencies of frontline leaders and managers.
